It's called The Crest.

Now that it's complete, it looks even more appalling to me.

I think if an entrance was built into the fence of the Old State Capitol building and a complete plaza area would have been much more appealing. It would've cost more but if you're spending money in the first place I'd rather it be done right.

I do like how BREC now uses those cafe tables in their designs. Downside, they aren't locked down so they may be stolen, but the upside is that they can be moved around and will create much more dynamic and functional spaces.

BREC manages the new Repentance Park and the town square???

This is why we can't have nice things.

Exactly.

We can't have moderately decent things either because BRPD would probably be more concerned with the inspection sticker of the truck I'll use to to load these up than the theft.

BTW, fixed outdoor furniture has gotten pretty good looking lately. I'm surprise they didn't use that. Lose a little flexibility is better than losing furniture.

Well I would have to agree haha.

But unfixed furniture is the way to go in true urban settings with lots of activity and foot traffic, not that Repentance Park would qualify.

Since this is the last post on bottom of page(hate when that happens lol)...we may need to move it to the Top of the next page...
