Little Chamblee is seeing a lot of development around the Marta station. Here's some of them. Also International Village development is nearby.

Chamblee is a definitely a happening place. In addition to the new projects you've listed, there are lots of cool businesses and lofts tucked away in the old industrial buildings, and of course Chamblee has been known as a center for antique shopping for a long time.

With the boom in Brookhaven, I think it's clearly going to going to grow a lot more. It's got MARTA access, and is served by freeways and major arterial roads. And if something big happens at the GM plant site, Chamblee could really become an explosive area.

Does anyone have any information on the Star Towers, what looks like 3, 15-20 floor buildings at the intersection of Buford Highway and 285. There is a sign up with renderings but I havent heard anything on any of the forums about it....probably because it is is the burbs..?

Amazing! It's so good to see Chamblee growing up as it is. That industrial area will become a great urban neighborhood one day... and a large one at that. Those blocks that parallel the rail line and Peachtree Industrial are quite large.
