yeah in some of the renderings it looked darker or more gray but it looks like it is going to match Charter Square South.

Last time I was there before Christmas they were still there however no Krispy Kreme.

They are Jimmy Johns, Happy+Hale, Kabobs, and I forget what's in the 4th one.

A Chinese takeout. So FNB tower ground floor will have lobby, a FNB bank branch, and one retail (restaurant assumed) space of a little over 5,000 sq feet. Has there been an rumor of what might be in that space?

I saw this building from the S. Saunders St. money shot the other day and it looks impressive from that vantage point.

Good mixed use combo. Neither the residential nor office markets could really handle that entire thing being one or the other so a little of both seems right and also levels out the use infrastructure throughout the day and broadens retail feasibility as well.
