Beaufort County condo boom

The Beaufort area is beginning to see a spike in condo sales, mostly among empty nesters. Beaufort is a great alternative to Hilton Head, which becoming "a little commodified," according to at one developer. Furthermore, with great views of the water, coupled with a historic, walkable downtown, the area is sure to increase in popularity in the years to come. I just hope that the place doesn't lose its charm with all of the development coming to it.

Id like to see how much progress has been made in downtown since the late 90s.
