There is an interesting article in the Nashville Business Journal discussing the future of SoBro (Fortunate Reversal: The Birth of SoBro and What it Means). It is the April 14-20 issue. (I could not find it on their website). It mentions that the Encore's name changed from Symphony Towers. But it did say that the project's only hold up is TIF financing with MDHA. They go on to say that it will be completed within 22 months once it gets going.

I thought this was breaking ground next month. Will they need to do pre-sales now before building because they are using TIF?

The article also mentions Khris Pascarella and Corner Realty are teaming up on the parcel behind the Country Music Hall of Fames saying it will likely be residential with retail and restaurant on the bottom. Has anyone mentioned this before?

The Tennessean's article on SoBro mentioned Pascarella's new project. He's also doing the huge Indian Lake Village in Hendersonville.

I must have missed it or forgot. I apologize for the repeat. I hope it is going to be better than Indian Lake Village. Maybe we are going to get our first two story big box.
