I seem to recall the Wild Colonial having a decent selection. And the bar at the Westin for a more upscale feel. Capitol Grille as well.

If you ever looking to buy by the bottle, check out Joyal Liquors in West Warwick. The have a great selection of Single Malts and and boutique bourbons.

As for a bar, I haven't really found one with a good selection. As mentioned previously the Wild Colonial has a few, as does Capital Grille, but you're not going to find anything too rare or off the beaten path. I'd be willing to bet that Mill's Tavern has some also, but I've never been there.

Wild Colonial and Mews both have a great selection of single malts. The liquor store in the East Side on Brook Street near Wickendon has a good selection to choose from.
