This mixed use redevelopment of the "Monte Carlo" block will range between 600,000 and 950,000 square feet. The project will include 325 to 400 condominium units, 150 to 225 rental apartments, a 150-room botuiqe hotel, and 60,000 to 80,000 square feet of the total space for commercial and retail tenants.
