tucson has third-lowest rents in the nation

Recommended Posts

Article is in the Arizona Daily Star (local Tucson daily) here.

In 2004 Tucson had the lowest average rent in the West, and it again did in 2005, only going up $10/month on average (which, ironically, is how much my rent went up in 2005).

Tulsa was #1, Oklahoma City #2 in the Western Region

The eight highest in the Western region were all in California, with Seattle-Tacoma at #9 and Denver at #10.

Phoenix came in at 14th highest (out of 30).
