Anybody know what the developments on the corner of Mallad Creek Church Rd and N Tryon are? I remember reading an article a long time ago about the zoning requests. All I've seen are the two signs looking at each other on the southern side of N Tryon announcing retail Coming Soon. Those signs have probably been there for over a year, yet the ugly kudzu remains.

Also if anybody has any info about the developments on W WT Harris and W Mallard Creek I'm curious to know what else is being developed. I wish somebody would start building on the new portion of E Mallard Creek, it's a four lane road with a single house on its banks.
