Anyone use a MSHDA loan for their first house? Any idea how long these things are SUPPOSED to take from application to close?

twoshort, in my experience it doesnt really take any longer to do a MSHDA loan than a standard loan, max 30 days...depends though if there are any issues that come up with inspections that need to be addressed before closing. how long have you been waiting?
