I have a feeling this wont be copmpleted until late 2008 or early 2009. But hey, at least we know that we are going to have an extremely nice redeveloped Heers Tower and brand new square!

There's a crane on Car Park Site now! Also there are two huge beams standing up next to Heer's! I'll return with photos, however it might be awhile because of my computer died without power gettin in.

A purchase and development agreement for the Heer's building is on its way to City Council for approval. If it gets approved and then signed by all parties, McGowan Walsh will have a full year until it has to break ground on renovations. This process is taking so long... at least it is moving though.

The Heers was officially sold today!

The wait is over people!!! On Monday Kevin McGowan of Blue Urban LLC. will announce his plans for Heer's Tower. Whether he chooses the hotel or condo's a Mike Shannon's Steak House will be the anchor tenant on the first floor. Can't wait!

FINALLY!!!! HERE"S RENDERING OF NEW HEER'S BUILDING!!!!!!!

Heer's will have 40 condominiums, Mike Shannon’s Steaks and Seafood Restaurant, etcs.

The construction will begins in June and would last no longer than 14 months!!

Are you ready to see this in reality?!

Folks, I just found out that they will might have Dave & Buster's-style and Bowl Alley!

Overall, the projects will be cost about 25 million dollars.
