^Yeah, I don't know which one I like. I'm going to miss the red. It seems that all bridges these days are white. Kinda bland, compared to the blues, greens, and RED of the St. Johns. We'll be losing a colorful bridge, even though the new white one will look fantastic.

I agree, that bottom right is very nice, it resembles the ANZAC bridge in Sydney.

I'm planning to move to Jax sometime in the next few years and would love to have a reminder of Sydney. I was born in Jax and have said I'm moving back ever since I moved. I'm glad to see development in downtown again.

Is this new bridge part of a general transportation plan, or is the Mathews bridge over appropriate vehicle capacity?

^It's just way over capacity. It's its own project, not part of a general plan, as far as I know.
