There must be a strong demand for class A office space to spur high rise development which Greensboro does not have. I think this will be last announcement for a while concerning high rise residential, the market may start to get saturated with an overabundance of condos.

i don't think there will be any significant buildings built any time soon in downtown. there will probably be more condos announced, but they will be low to mid rise buildings.

No, downtown will be lucky to get a small grocery store. More people live in most subdivisions than inhabit downtown.
