Miami River Area Condo

I am looking into the Miami River area. Neo Vertika is one of the buildings we are really impressed with. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks.

Yea neovertika is probably the cheapest, really nice building. I hate the way they cheaped out with rail balconies instead of glass, but thats a money saving thing for a developer. Great location. Probably one of the only buildings i could afford in brickell, so i would recommend it to anyone.

Also check out brickell on the river or the riverfront project both are kinda low on price.
