Do you think that many cities will adopt form-based codes, and if so do you think that the replacement from the archaic Euclidian Zoning will be successful?

Additionally, has anyone had the opportunity to work with form-based codes?

I sure hope so. Then we'll finally have something to stop developers from designing and building crap buildings. Euclidian zoning seems so outdated now, and municipalities know this, yet so few of them have tried to fix it or do away with it. I don't get it.
