This will be the first MiMi's Cafe' to open in North Carolina. The Chain Operates 104 eateries currently.

Mimi's will join On the Border, Circuit City and BJ's Warehouse at Plantation Pointe Shopping Center in the former Plantation inn parcel of land on U.S. 1. later this year.

Nice! i've become a big fan of Mimi's from my time in denver. At first i thought it was a bit froo-froo, but now i dig it. Good breakfast food all day long and other decent dishes too.

Between that and the Chipotle opening on glenwood, we're starting to get a little more chain variety.

I didn't realize Chipotle had decided on a Raleigh locatin, but it looks like they are going into the old Baja Fresh space on Glenwood by the old Wal Mart.

I ate at Neo China last night and didn't even notice other than that something was going in there.

If a La Madeline opened up around here, my girlfriend would be quiet happy!
