Apartment occupancy rates slightly higher this year as comapared to last

An article yesterday from the NBJ. Nashville's apartment occupancy rate remains just above 93%. At this rate, do you see new apartment construction in the Metro area? If so, Where?

It's a good healthy occupancy rate, but the real growth will continue to be in the condo market, as long as interest rates remain low. If interest rates shoot up, you will see a big boost in apartment demand.
