^Good question. Here's what I know:

About a year (maybe longer) ago, a sign for winery "The Grape" was posted on the doors. It was supposedly "coming soon." I think they backed out. The space has since then been used as a sales center, for Prado Walk. Currently, it has signs for Cityplace South Tower all over the windows, but I don't think that's the sales center, because the sales center is located on Dixie.

Speaking of sales centers, they're just finishing up a fancy looking sales center, located where Okeechobee splits into two streets. I think it might be the sales center for both of Cityplace's towers, which have begun site preparation. :)
