Winston. DT Greensboro has a much weaker job base. Winston already has far more downtown employees and PTRP will be a big growth market.

Yes, I believe real estate values in DT Winston will probably make it a better investment with PTRP coming in over the next few years, and the demand for downtown living will probably be greater in relation to the research park. I see DT Greensboro as more of an entertainment district rather than a large business district.

^i dont know if its THE hub for Triad entertainment but is definitely the hot spot for nightlife. and i dont see that changing anytime soon, as long as there are 20,000+ students in walking distance of downtown.

right now, its seems like winston could be the better investment because of recent announcements. but who knows what the future holds.
