I'm working with a realtor right now who told me these units are going to be sick. I'm hoping continued development in the area will boost property values north of "the loop".

You can see a quick update on Trinity Lofts in this story on the revitalization of DT Durham. The number of old tobacco warehouses here is a huge asset for the type of unique vibe Durham has and wants to emphasize. You can't recreate history like that. I always thought it was weird though, that despite the nice built history there that's unique to the Triangle, Durham actually isn't that old, so far as cities go. It was founded after the Civil War in 1869. Anyway, it's great to see all these loft projects happening.
