What the heck. Since we have so many talented people here, give it your best shot, and we'll send it in to the Downtown GR Alliance. Or maybe whatever we come up with, we'll make it our own "maverick downtown identity". Either write them out, or post them here in JPEG format.

Just kidding. Nice work.

Why? :lol: Many of the members of the Downtown Alliance are retailers, so that's why I include shopping. It's a big thing for some people,and it adds to vibrancy. Me? meh.

Edit: I just noticed I did two "shop"s. :rofl: I'll fix it.

Grand Rapids Downtown: "It's all waiting for You." (emphasis on the 'You'.)

Grand Rapids Downtown: "Where we're waiting for You."

Downtown GR: "Where You Belong." (something Cheers-like where

everyone knows your name.)

Wowie!!! A series, like the michigan.org billboards (where various round/spherical objects are the "O") or the GR Opera triad, with shapes meant to represent the setting/theme of the libretto. (This last time it was a torso shape from a main character. Simple. Effective. Memorable.)
