Downtown Fayetteville, NC?

I haven't been to Downtown Fayetteville in a while, I've been reading that is been doing well. What are some of the new things or development that is going on in downtown Fayetteville or going on in the near future there?

Fayetteville is also planning to develop along the Cape Fear River, which is not that far from downtown.

Dude just out my weekly update topic called ( Old Fayetteville & Fayetteville Futures). Just to give you a little information of whats going round here the County & State believe there will be about 500,000 people living in the county because of BRAC & plus the jobs relocating here because of BRAC. Ahh yes the ole Capitol store. For all of us old school people that is were we got our back to school clothes. Man way back then downtown was full of activity. Maybe not all good but hey the Ville was and is what it is.

this website give you a monthly update on whats going on in Downtown Fayetteville & this month is going to blow your minds. Especially east of Downtown to the River. Lets just say theres over 50 private investors for 41 project that plan for East Fayetteville. Fayetteville skyline will be totally different in just 5-7 years.

I would love to see over 300,000 people live just east of the Cape Fear River.

Heres a new edition to the eastern downtown area. Its call "campbellton landing" the view is beautiful folks. Like said I can't wait to see what FAY will look like in 20-30 years from now.
