They do state that there are some national trends to why Maternity wards are consolidating and shuttering around Allegheny County such as women seeking centers that are equipped to deal with high-risk preg and the national trend (though heightened in Pennsylvania) of malpractice insurance forcing doctors out. But they also keep alluding to how pregnancies have dropped through the floor in Allegheny County decade after decade.

Time to get to work on that next generation of Steeler fans if you ask me :thumbsup:
