Guys, don't forget Ghazi isn't building the 210 Trade condo tower. He sold the air rights to Flaherty and they are building it or not building it regardless of Ghazi's cash flow. However, if his cash flow was an issue, as rumors indicated, then this sale should provide the liquidity for him to not only keep this project moving, but also his projects in other cities.

He can't mind that! Also -- ads out for 210 this weekend said they were 80% sold out and now making penthouses available.

I hope they make enough profits from the remaining 20% and penthouses to compensate for what most people have considered under-pricing for the rest of the units.

In general, I want this project to get built in its entirety. But I'm worried that any revenue issues on this project could cause a lot of corners to be cut.

Driving up Trade, I liked the scale of the lowrise section, but I'm pretty nervous about how the retail will interact with the sidewalk....so far, the grade separation looks worse than I was expecting....they are going to need to do a lot with signage to be visually stimulating with no windows to peer in.

For those interested, Dougie put out another video and slideshow on the O today. This one is about the future of the block. I didn't know before that this was a 3 acre site, for some reason I was thinking it was smaller.

I love that they actually videoed the webcam shot off a computer.

That's kinda cool. I see the O is revamping their website as well...
