Hello all.

Subject pretty much says it all, but....

Asheville's growth in the last few years has been incredible, as far as the media and other sources would have you believe. I wonder if the land values have mirrored the growth or are they just begining to catch up. I heard somewhere that the real estate assesment grew a whopping 45%, but was unable to find the source.

Does anyone have any info on this type of thing? I think it would be really interesting to see how much the $/acre of land has grown in the last few years for average residential and commercial development.
