Thanks for listing the results. It's obvious from the list that a wide range of cities from large to small was ranked together. There were probably hundereds of cities rated, so Knoxville's and Nashville's ratings in the top ten are really quite something!

Maybe I have been spoiled by Nashville's recent accolades in several magazines, but it makes me wonder, how can you REALLY rate these? Especially the top 10; it's got to be such a crap shoot.

It may be, but it still should say something that Nashville is one so many of them. People obviously think good of Nashville, or else it wouldn't be in so many lists. It's probably not luck that Nashville keeps getting drawn out of a hat.
