This project has been around for (maybe) a few years. It started as a HQ for Blackwell Sanders law firm, but they are moving into the Plaza Colonnade. This office tower downtown is being developed by Copaken, White and Blitt and is designed by HNTB Architecture. According to either Jon Copaken or one of the other three, this is on hold and is waiting for a tenant. My interpretation is much like the Crown Center master plan (buildings are occupied as tenants arise).

The parking garage is already located there and can apparently support a 20-30 floor tower (the garage is from 8-10 floors)
