About 8 months ago I spoke with a man who was doing significant work on both projects. I asked him which project would be completed first and he told me TTT and it wasn't even close. TFWIW.

They were waiting on some easements from the city before they could go any further. Those finally were passed and now they are digging out some more before the caissons start being driven in.

It looks like the VUE has been moving dirt at the surface level for quite while and that seems strange to me. Does anyone know the real deal?
