On the City Commish agenda this week is this item regarding a retail/loft development at Michigan and Benson shown here (property now owned by the City):

The blue area is now the new Mid Towne Village Development.

Here's a very poorly copied ( :P ) letter from the developers that is part of the agenda packet:
