Detroit City Council clears way for building of permanent casinos

DETROIT -- The Detroit City Council voted Friday to withdraw its objection to a federal lawsuit settlement between the MotorCity and Greektown casinos and the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians tribe.

Nope. But guests will see the casinos under construction, which will leave a positive impact on guests. The article says that we will see cranes within the next 30 days, which means that in the next 2-3 months we will see cranes (remember that everything takes longer than it should in Detroit).
