Pretty much Lmich. Detroit is home to some of the largest corporations on earth. Even though GM and Ford are embattled, there are alot of other companies in Metro Detroit that hide in the suburbs. I think the future of Detroit lies therein with or without tax breaks. It seems like they are all waiting for someone else to have success before they take a risk. It's a catch 22
