The Downtown Journal had an article the other day about downtown's boom.

- 2,752 units completed since 2001

- 3,662 units sold or reserved since 2001

- 1,200 new units currently under construction

- 6,200 new units planned

1998 - $134,011

1999 - $158,853

2000 - $200,293

2001 - $217,375

2002 - $270,763

2003 - $275,497

2004 - $314,868

2005 - $290,640

- Estimated 35,000 residents by the end of 2006
