Property on Tyvola/Nations Ford intersection.

Does anyone have a fix on the property that was originally located at the intersection of Tyvola and Nations Ford Rd. on the NW corner piece of land. Currently, this would be the property directly in front of the Wingate Inn looking south. Looks like a few giant trees and an empty field originally surrounded a house of some kind, though I can't verify this without pictures.
