^The city is going to have to make some sort of distinction that sets Calder and Rosa Parks apart from one another. Sure Calder has Festival and some other small events but they occur on only an annual basis.

How about a 300' tall Power Tower?

I would totally go down there for that. It could draw the business lunch crowd (go on the ride first, of course), get convention goers up there, and add an interesting element to the skyline. And imagine the awesome views.
