yeah... it's nice to get all the projects downtown together in one easy-to-use format like this...

i wasn't aware the Armstrong Cork Factory is including a retail component.

Here's a picture I took of the Try Street Terminal Warehouse in February... the Art Institute of Pittsburgh is converting this into housing for 650 students.

I believe the retail at the Cork factory is simply basic daily things for residents.

I loved that coming out in the PG, goes to show that so much is happening downtown (and I am talking about the downtown of the future with the north and southshore and hill included) that you do need a scorecard to keep track. I hope some indeed are completed or near completion in time for the ASG.
