Advertising. Up in Worcester, few people even know Mystic has an aquarium. They really have to do better advertising.

they really should... i actually like that aquarium better than the one in boston (the only thing about the one in boston that was cool was the 6 story tank). the layout is nice and it has some outdoor exhibits, which is great for the summer.

they should advertise as far as worcester, providence, and bridgeport (give the norwalk maritime center a run for the money).

Yeah that 6 story tank is a cool attraction.

They don't advertise on TV or in newspapers, but the hotels in Provdence know it's there and send people.

they need to advertise more... like on TV and in the papers. the projo is distributed through all of RI, why not advertise in there? get TV ads for the RI stations. get TV ads for worcester channels. advertise through the cable companies on the cable networks.

TV's pricey, but they could and should advertise at least on Cox, it'd probably be too much to advertise on TV in RI and Worcester. And yes, they should advertise in ProJo and the Telegram-Gazette.

They could have some interesting tie-ins with Roger Williams Zoo, discount admission to both...

What are you people saying!!??? They advertise like crazy up here on TV. Or at least they did up untill this year. I couldn't get threw a newscast without seeing one of their commercials. Most of their ads ran from 5pm - 6:30pm. But I'm wondering what impact the casinos are having on attendence.

They need better ads then, I can't for the life of me remember ever seeing one. Yet, I can remember 30-year-old ads for the New England Aquarium "I can walk like a penguin..."
