Another "old" one....

There are few modern designs in Rosedale, but some really great examples by some famous architects like Barton Myers....this is NOT one of them LOL

Cute bus stop.

And the house that bus stop is in front of, is for sale too...great perk for the staff!!!

Here's the corner of the Schwartz's little compound someone was talking about...nothing to look at really...it's just surrounded by a big brick fence, and you can't see much of the buildings...I don't know why they didn't just build out in the Brdle Path...much better suited to the kind of thing they want....but I guess they just have to be in Rosedlae and pretend they are "old money".

Here's there underground parking lot entrance I think....

The streets themselves are very nice...brick sidewalks and old street lamps, ala palmerston....

Another old house getting a complete gut...lot's of this going on in Rosedale

Some new house just built...no landscaping yet...they just don't look the same...hard to duplicate the workmanship of 1920's neo-architecture.

Occaisionally, you can peak through the trees, and be riminded you are never far from Yonge & Bloor...

Nice houses, the one with modern architecture doesn't look bad either, but it doesn't fit in well in an older neighbourhood.

Are those skyscrapers the skyline of Mississauga??

The skyscrapers would be "midtown" Toronto.
