It's all imported moonshield, don't be fooled by it. Arizona has basins to collect water when it rains, they are as big as a back yard. I have seen people put Jet Ski's in the little back yard ponds when they fill up, and ride around them. Like a big fish in a little bowl. Trust me when I say anything green came from somewhere else. (except cactus's, and they want to KILL you.)

Ok, here are a few more,

The Chase tower is the tallest building in Phoenix at 485', height of downtown

buildings is restricted right now to 500', because of the close proximity to Sky Harbor

Airport.

good call, there are tons of people, my camera tended to be pointed up. I'll remember that for next time.

Yes, I thought the whole reason people moved to the desert SW was because of the fabulous weather. I'd expect to see a throng of thousands out and about.

I think I remember someone telling me that all the palms in Arizona are imported from California, and you can be arrested for taking down a cactus without a license. Anyways I loved Phoenix when I went last summer, and I'm not a fan of hot weather. Guess that says a lot, huh?

Yeah I've heard there's a big problem not just in Arizona but in quite a bit of the southwest with people stealing cacti.
