That looks to be from Sunrise Park on Prospect Street, late afternon right around sundown or morning just before sun up.

Sunrise Park is actually a small part of Elizabeth Park on the Hartford side of Prospect. There is a little parking circle and iit is clearly marked as Sunrise Park.
