Black Repertory Theatre to open in the Edge

It was announced a week or so ago that the Hatiloo Theatre would open up on Marshall in the Edge neighborhood directly east of downtown.

Is this the building on the right side of the pic? It looks like a theatre.

Hope the Edge picks up. It's already got Quetzal Internet Cafe which is supposed to be doing a good business. Has anyone ever eaten at the Complex? It's a Mexican restaurant in that area on Madison on a streetcar stop and is supposed to be great and authentic.
