Sweden: Proposed and planned projects

Here we can post projects in Sweden as we find out about them.

I'll start off with a proposed skyscraper that might be built just south of Stockholm, as seen in Swedish media today. It's an approx. 200 meters (about 655 ft) tall building, with about 60-70 floors. If built it'll be used as a residential building only, and will pass the Turning Torso in Malm

Very impressive, how sure is this project going forward, or is it just in the proposal phase for now? I am surprised to see that Sweden has yet to really have a super tall 'scraper, though your ground level architecture more then makes up for any lack of super height. Glad to see that Sweden is thinking so big now!
