Where are the cranes up or the ground already broken?

I hear that the crane at the Adelicia has gone up now...? Where else Downtown/West End are there cranes rising or earth moving? I went through downtown last weekend, but it was hard for me to get a glimpse of everything...so could someone do a downtown in-progress rundown for me?

The West End 11 story, crane up.

Bristol West end, crane up

At least three cranes up at Vanderbilt, various projects.

Adelicia, crane up. more segments on site and will rise taller later.

Hampton Inn 4th Ave, crane up.

Suntrust 4th and Commerce, crane up

Viridian, crane still up

Courthouse square, 1 crane still up.

Icon, earth moving

Encore, buildings demolished and will break ground in June

Terrazzo, same as Encore.

WES, property cleared and has been for 2 years, we will see.

Many other smaller projects going up in and around town, look at Nashville development map for a rundown of projects.

There are a few more, but these are the major projects so far.

I believe there is about 9 cranes up at this present time. between downtown and West End. In a couple more month there will or could be more, WES 2 cranes, Icon 1, Terrazzo 1, and the no name 16 story condo in the gulch 1, Encore 1, Sounds Development, maybe 3, Rolling Mill Hill WHO KNOWS?? And Signature Tower most likely will have 2 canes when they begin on that Beast Of A Tower!!!!!!!

That's about 19+ cranes in our skyline!!!!!!!! If all of the proposals listed get out of the ground on time.

A man from NYC that was at the hotel this week commented on all of the cranes. He was quite impressed. Another guest commented that he did not realize there was such a business community here.

Speaking of cranes, I noticed a large tower-type crane on Woodland this morning for the East End Lofts. It's not enormous, but it's big and impressive looking...and being yellow, it's very noticeable. Guess 5th and Main will be next. East Nashville with cranes...amazing.

2 more jobs on 18th ave. will have cranes up soon.

1) They are 3 more buildings for the Vanderbilt Commons getting underway.

2) They have started foundation work on 1101 Condos on 18th ave east of Edgehill.
