Has anyone noticed how far we've come with parking ramp design...

...compared to the old ones?

At first I did not notise the top IS a parking ramp. That's exactly what cities need.

Ground floor retail, commerical, anything but parking makes a big difference. I had lunch at Leo's recently and it is on the ground floor of a parking ramp. It works great since it was pouring rain that day and I was able to park above and never had to go out in the rain.

I look forward to seeing your picture of Moch's wall when it's built. Only some have come a long way.

They have come along way, and especially here in Michigan. In fact, Detroit relatively recently passed an ordinance that all new parking garages in the CBD must include ground floor retail and fit into their surroundings.
