Moving help

Hi,

I am looking for any references on moving companies. I am going to be moving from CT to RI (Wayland Square, Providence) and basically need help moving into the new place (will be doing my own packing and unpacking).

Are there any companies that do that in the Providence area? I'm tired of asking my friends to help me all the time.
