I've heard of the Depot Development Corp, but I'm not sure what their pursuing to go there. Part of it has already become the Memphis Depot Business Park but a CA article said yesterday there is still 68 acres left which is still being cleaned up. What should be developed in this area?

I would like to see a manufacturing plant for metal detectors or some other security things get developed.
