Van Buren's growing pains

Not much to comment on here that may not be known, except a reminder that if more FSM folks start coming northward for employment, Van Buren/Alma is right in the way between them.

When I moved back to NWA in 2002, I was flat out amazed how many homes had been built in VB...and I think there've been still more added since then. (I lived in FSM right after college in 85-87.)
