Construction at the Chance

Not sure if this belongs in the Coffee House or general forum, but oh well...

I recently drove past the Last Chance Saloon and noticed some construction going on to their parking lot. Does anyone know what's going on? I've heard rumors that they are turning the Chance into a restaurant, but I wonder if anyone knows more details.
