If it's anything like the infill they did with the old I-40 corridor, I don't know why anyone would really complain. It's really hard to tell the difference between the old and the new.

Unfortunately, the article didn't have any useful pictures, but it seems that it would fit. Its being built by people who live in and , I assume, care about the neighborhood. I would be wary if it were out a developer that is not used to doing midtown projects.

If the houses are architecturally tasteful, I see no problem with this. It's anti-sprawl, and we need more of it.
