Current Federal Courthouse

I have been reading alot of your comments about the new courthouse and I haven't really seen anything about what will happen to the current Federal Courthouse property on Broadway. I realize that it might be a bit early, but that is a pretty prime space on a very important road in downtown. Any rumors or plans out there???

I was told that the Feds will consolidate administrative offices that are spread out over town into the current federal couthouse with the courts being moved over to the new courthouse.

That makes sense. I am glad to see that people will still be using the building. Workers = activity on downtown streets = money.
