I think you're referring to the Gallery 701 building where the roof caved in. Good to hear of some activity there as well as Olympia Mills.

Another good example of adaptive reuse would be the old Claussen's Bakery building, which now houses Claussen's Inn.

Good one Krazee. Mr. Friendly's Restaurant is also housed in that building. Amazing food btw.

I was there Saturday for lunch with my partner and my brother from out of town. I had no more gotten it out of my mouth that the restaurant is a renovated train station when a train came down the tracks just outside the window we were next to. Talk about special effects. That building is amazingly impressive.
